We are looking for a senior talent to lead the global people agenda for the AWS Commercial Sales organization. You will partner with your clients throughout the planning and execution for programs that matter, tying them back to business strategy. You will also work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver training, as needed. And we all have to "roll up our sleeves" and get things done. · Bachelor degree in human resources, business, mathematics or science. · Twelve years plus of experience in a leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management. · Strong judgment and employee relations experience. · An ability and desire to own a space, provide thought leadership, and catalyze results. · Depth of pragmatic experience with compensation planning, negotiation, and implementation.
