The Last Mile Products and Technology team is building the technology solutions that enables Amazon to deliver millions of parcels, Prime Now (one-hour ultra-fast delivery), Restaurants, and Amazon Fresh (groceries) reliably and cost-effectively to customers around the world. Using a suite of products, we also enable individuals to be their own boss, build and grow their own company and earn money while delivering packages for Amazon and creating a great experience for our customers. As the Sr. HR Leader for Last Mile Products and Technology, you would be responsible for leading a small, but senior team of HR Business Partners based in Seattle with global responsibility (partnering with global peers). You will be an integral part of the Last Mile executive team, partnering with the VP and their leadership team to support the intense scale of this critical business as it works to build solutions in support of Amazon’s marketplace expansion around the world. This is a true HR leadership role
· Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field · 10+ years of experience in an HR business partner capacity with progressive responsibility · Experience leading across multiple teams and functions · Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization · Experience conducting complex investigations · Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills, as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions · Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives · Knowledge of U.S. employment laws
