Bachelor degree in human resources, business, mathematics or science. · Twelve years plus of experience in a leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.Strong judgment and employee relations experience. · An ability and desire to own a space, provide thought leadership, and catalyze results. · Depth of pragmatic experience with compensation planning, negotiation, and implementation.
