We are looking for a senior talent to lead the global people agenda for the AWS commercial sales organization. You will partner with your clients throughout the planning and execution for programs that matter, tying them back to business strategy. You will also work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver training, as needed. And we all have to "roll up our sleeves" and get things done. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Work with senior management to develop and implement HR solutions. • Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development. • Provide authentic coaching to employees, managers and executives. • Review and

· Bachelor degree in human resources, business, mathematics or science. · Twelve plus years of experience in a leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management. · Excellent business acumen and an ability to understand a P and L. · Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving. · Depth of pragmatic experience with compensation planning, negotiation, and implementation. Proficiency with sales incentive plans a plus. · An ability and desire to own a space, provide thought leadership, and catalyze results. · Strong judgment and employee relations
