You will partner with your clients throughout the planning and execution for programs that matter, tying them back to business strategy. You will also work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver training, as needed. And we all have to "roll up our sleeves" and get things done. · Bachelor degree in human resources, business, mathematics or science. · Twelve plus years of experience in a leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management. · Excellent business acumen and an ability to understand a P and L. · Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving. · Depth of pragmatic experience with compensation planning, negotiation, and implementation. Proficiency with sales incentive plans a plus. · An ability and desire to own a space, provide thought leadership, and catalyze results. · Strong judgment and employee relations
