Amazon is seeking a results-driven, innovative Senior HRBP to partner with the leaders and employees of our Physical Stores technology team (Amazon Books, Amazon Go, Whole Foods Market Integration). This role will partner with senior leaders and their teams to execute HR strategies and planning activities in support of organizational capability. The individual in this role must apply deep business knowledge to inform and drive the short and long term talent management strategy and HR priorities for the organization. We are looking for a Human Resource professional who has the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. You will need to demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations. Whether coaching your clients on leading their teams, developing innovative solutions and programs to deliver results for our business or navigating and resolving employee relations issues, you will be a champion

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience - 7+ years of experience in an HR business partner role, preferably in a high tech environment - Significant experience working with fast-moving, high performance teams and driving innovative HR solutions tailored to unique business environments - Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple, customer-focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs - Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers, and strong talent assessment skills - Strong business acumen and ability
