· Bachelor’s degree in related field · 5+ years of experience in an HR business partner role or related generalist leadership roles with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management · Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate interventions · Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies · Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills · Exceptional listening skills
