What you will do: As Signal Integrity/Power Integrity Engineer in the AWS hardware development team you will be working with a team of hardware development engineers to design AWS-specific hardware solutions that include motherboard
· BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) · 7+ years of experience in hardware design of components, subsystems and systems. · Experience working with transmission line theory and electromagnetic field concepts. · Experience evaluating and defining High Speed Differential and Single Ended Interconnects. These may involve PCB layout, stackup, and materials as well as connectors and cables. · Experience with High Bandwidth scope, BERT, Logic Analyzer, VNA and TDR measurements · System and Board manufacturing experience to understand the impact of suggested signal integrity constraints
