• Bachelor's degree • Exceptional organization skills and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze and problem-solve • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills • Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams • Experience with Aviation safety and leading flight operations • Holds an MBA or relevant graduate degree • Holds an FAR Part 61 certification • Holds an FAR Part 107 certification Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
