Global Consumer IPA is faced with the challenge of building the new systems, processes and analytics to best support strategic decision making as the company continues to grow in complexity and size. Improving the methods we use to forecast and analyze our operating expenses and changing the way we architect our analysis to track key investments being made across the business. This role will involve partnering with teams across the organization to drive progress towards truly automated planning, reporting and analytics. This is a highly visible role that will involve significant interaction with Consumer Finance leadership. The successful candidate
· BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field · 5+ years of relevant finance experience· Advanced Microsoft Excel · Knowledge of SQL and Cognos/TM1 · Financial acumen including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and related skills · Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and exceed expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous environment · An eye towards continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes · Effective and proactive communicator Amazon
