Amazon Prime Finance is looking for an analytical, results-oriented, self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the WW Prime Retention team. This SFA will play a key role on key strategic initiatives to continue to drive retention of our existing members globally. The person will produce and drive analysis to uncover gaps in our product offerings to customers, work with the team leadership to ensure the team is focusing on the right strategic initiatives, collaborate with international teams on regional analysis, and analyze and monitor efficiency of Prime acquisition, retention and engagement channels. An ideal candidate will have a proven ability in providing data-based decision making and analysis as well as thinking strategically in a fast-changing environment. Additional
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, engineering or related field • 5+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility• MBA Preferred • Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software • 4+ years’ experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools • 4+ years’ experience with Excel advanced functions (index, conditional list, pivots, lookups, and data tables) • Knowledge of SQL • Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities • Demonstrated
