Amazon seeks an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to play a key role on the Amazon Devices Finance Team. Over the past decade Amazon has developed a number of market-leading, innovative, and fast-growing digital and mobile businesses including Kindle, Fire Tablets, Fire TV and Echo/Alexa Family of Devices. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a start-up like environment who is passionate about hardware and is interested in supporting the Kindle Devices organization. The successful candidate will be the finance partner to the Director of Business Technology and Demand Planning and the Director of Systems and Apps to complete financial analysis in support of business objectives. The candidate will need to be strategic, analytical, have a demonstrated ability to develop financial models that provide intelligence for business decisions and willing to drive projects. · BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent and a minimum 5 years of finance experience, OR master’s degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · Track record of working with business owners to develop and define key business questions and build data sets that answer those questions · Strengths in attention to detail, project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously · Confident analytical and communication
