Amazon Advertising team Sr. Financial Analyst
Amazon Advertising team is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join its finance department to support the Insights and Performance team. The role will work closely with leadership in both finance and business teams in driving controllership, process improvement, and creation of advertiser insights. As the finance partner to the business, the role will also work on providing insightful analysis and financial guidance to the business. Together with the business, this role is responsible for identifying process and efficiency gaps, driving operational improvements, and delivering free-cash-flow expansion for the Amazon Advertising business. · BA/BS degree is required and a minimum 5+ years of finance experience, OR master’s degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · MBA or Masters in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics preferred · Working knowledge of SQL, Cognos/TM1 and advanced Excel · Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed · Proven ability to work and strive in a constantly evolving environment · Experience with statistical analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, demand modeling, time series analysis or data mining is a plus · Must possess strong written
