Amazon seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to be a key member in our Customer Service Finance team supporting Defect Elimination. Defect Elimination really means any time our customer has to contact us in any form for any reason. This team is an exciting place to be as we help directly decide how to make our customer’s lives better by finding opportunities and partnering with the product and tech teams to prioritize the most impactful work. This work stretches wide across almost all businesses Amazon wide and will provide opportunities with senior leadership and many finance and business partners beyond the Customer Service group. The successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role requires a self-starter with strong modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Job responsibilities
