One Commercial Partner (OCP) is a group within Microsoft which is responsible for building with and selling with our large and diverse commercial partner ecosystem. Over 95% of Microsoft's Commercial revenue is transacted through this partner network. The WW Commercial Finance team is a group of hard-working professionals who provide business partnership, analysis and reporting for the Commercial Business Leadership across various segments of the sales organization. We have an opening for a Sr. Finance Manager who will be asked to partner across the Services Partners businesses including the transactional channel partners and system integrators. This is an exciting opportunity to be in forefront of transformational change and make an impact.
Business Partnering: This role will partner with the Services Partner VP and their LT working on the long-term vision and strategy of these partners. Helping to drive and influence the day to day finance insights and operations of the group. Top Partner : The role will also be expected to interact across the global channel and system integrator partners. There will be heavy involvement to understand the impact of these partners and help work with OCP and the partners to drive their future profitability and transformations. Successful candidates will possess very strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Understanding of the Microsoft's commercial business and project management skills are a necessity. Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines a must. The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills in the following areas: 8+ years of experience in f inancial management and/or business planning Business analytics experience Experience with MS Tools – MS Sales, etc Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to deal with ambiguity Deep analytical skills and problem resolution
