We drive end-to-end infrastructure planning for best-in-class customer experience while optimizing profitability. We lead decision support for Microsoft's long-term best to stay ahead of competition. We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to provide decision support and lead the financial planning for the fast-growing Dynamics Business Applications platform COGS and Gross Margin. Conduct financial analysis and provide deep business insights into the Dynamics COGS and Gross Margin performance. Lead monthly and quarterly finance health review with MCI finance executives to articulate performance vs. expectations and provide cost improvement recommendations to aid margin expansion. Own the operational driver analysis, messaging on the sequential and yearly Gross Margin performance for CFO review, preview process. Provide key insights on business health trends to finance leadership team for effective decision making. Partner C+AI Engineering, Customer Support and Service teams
Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business/finance or computer science/engineering MBA preferred 5+ years of relevant finance, analysis, or business experience with progressive advancement within your discipline Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking Proven data and financial modeling capabilities and ability to work with financial systems Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way. Executive level oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high value/high-impact project
