Consumer Finance team International Consumer Finance
The International Consumer Finance team has an immediate opening for a Senior Finance Manager leading our global Free Cash Flow (FCF) initiatives team. This role will expand and enhance reporting and analysis of the International Consumer business, with the primary focus on driving free cash flow initiatives on a global scale. Additionally, as part of this role, this leader will deliver improved efficiency and accuracy through automation, process improvements, and defects prevention. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including multiple category finance teams, other FP and A teams, operations, technology, supply chain, and senior Consumer and Consumer Finance leadership teams. Candidates should have experience working in high visibility roles and be comfortable presenting to senior leadership. A polished professional presence and the ability to influence is critical. Candidates will also have strong business judgment and experience – retail experience
Responsibilities include: · Leading reporting and analysis for Consumer International with an emphasis on driving and expanding free cash flow across all countries. · Leading FCF planning process and ensure initiatives are aligned and embedded in each country’s plan. · Simplifying and automating reporting across International consumer. · Create an environment that facilitates the development of challenging goals, business plans and financial plans and then help the business achieve these results. · Improving communication among countries and enhance senior leadership visibility · Develop and auditing
