This role will partner with the Product Finance leads, Marketing, Engineering, business teams and CFT to understand business performance and drive effective decision making. This position will play a key role in bringing together insights from various teams to ensure the leadership team has a clear understanding of risks and opportunities. This position will also help support the target setting, budgeting, and monthly performance management.
Develop executive-grade performance analysis around investments highlighting risks and opportunities impacting business performance in a timely manner. Clearly communicate key drivers, dependencies and risks to senior management. Finance Rhythms of Business: Drive finance ROB including forecasting, fiscal close and budgeting in alignment with Corp timelines. Communicate required deliverables clearly, facilitate reviews and trade-off discussions with the business/ engineering teams. Drive market analysis to better understand Partner and competitor economics; capturing insights to better inform gaming
7 or more years' experience in financial analysis, financial forecasting or budgeting, and /or controllership, ideally in the technology industry. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Business Administration. CPA or MBA is a plus. Strong Excel skills including complex modeling, strength in pivot tables; knowledge of internal Microsoft financial reporting tools such as, MS Reports Catalog and MS Sales a definite plus. Project management skills and a proven ability to effectively coordinate activities across organizations. Strong communication skills; Ability to effectively
