You will be the financial owner of this initiative right from its initial design phase and partner with the business leader to identify the strategy. The retail consumables Finance team is looking for a highly analytic, entrepreneurial, resourceful and experienced Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will be a critical business partner and will own the full P and L for the new Consumables business. This includes, among other things, leading a team of finance managers and analysts, and responsibility for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting and analysis. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage finance teams of a high-growth business. Expect to get involved in driving performance, and building plans for the future, as well as managing regular reporting, forecasting, and general planning
· BA/BS degree in a business, economics, finance or similar discipline with analytical bias · 10+ years of relevant finance experience · Experience in managing teams· MBA or Masters in Economics desirable · Strong knowledge of Excel · Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and dealing with ambiguity · Ability to drive results in a rapidly changing business environment · Strong communication and presentation skills · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge or influence senior company leaders · Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing
