As a Senior Finance Manager on the Executive Decision Support and Insights team, you will be responsible for Developing ROI frameworks for Digital Strategy, Impact Assessment for key Strategic priorities like Resource Strategy and Vendor Consolidation This role would provide decision support and drive actionable insights to CSS Leadership team. Finance Modeling: build and maintain financial models in support of CSS Digital Strategy, initiatives specific to Resource and Vendor optimization. Develop and present models as needed for ad hoc analysis. Communicate required deliverables clearly and facilitate reviews with senior leaders in a timely manner. Performance Measurement: Develop and track appropriate KPI's to assess progress on the above priorities Partnership: collaborate with senior business leaders, Finance and Operations in landing these initiatives (business strategy to Operational and Financial plan) Reporting: publish insights
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related discipline 7+ years of relevant finance, business, forecasting, or analysis experience with progressive advancement Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking Business curiosity and acumen Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong competency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
