Advertising Sales team Senior Finance Manager
Amazon is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support our Advertising Sales team for agencies. At Amazon Advertising, the Agency Development team is focused on developing strategic partnerships with advertising agencies and trading desks. At the center of our agency partnerships are meaningful, scalable technology partnerships. As a Senior Finance leader, you will partner with the Agency Sales director and his leadership team to implement financial processes to plan, track and grow advertising revenue from agencies. You will actively participate in designing incentives for agency partnerships, measure impact of Agency team, as well as help grow our business through new accounts and incremental spend. This role requires an individual with excellent business, communication, and technical skills. The leader will leverage these skills to drive collaboration with various functions, including Sales, other finance leaders, product managers, as well as senior leadership. The successful candidate
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a quantitative field and a minimum 10 years of finance experience, OR master’s degree and 8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.· Experience in digital advertising and sales. · Strong communication skills, including the ability to distill complex analysis into key insights · Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic, approach to the business · Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced,
