The Cloud and AI Group (C+AI) is a fast-paced, growth business responsible for the company's computing fabric (cloud and edge, including cloud infrastructure, server, database, CRM, ERP, management) and Artificial Intelligence platform (infrastructure, runtimes, frameworks, tools and higher-level services around perception, knowledge and cognition). The Cloud + AI Finance Controller group is looking for a skilled finance professional to drive the rhythm of finance, financial modeling and business analysis, strong partnership, and the creation and ownership of efficient financial processes.
Drive the rhythm of finance for close, forecasting, and planning across the C+AI Controller group Analysis and scenario modelling to derive key insights and actions Communicate results and recommendations to the C+AI Controller group, C+AI Opex Director, and Cloud Controller Drive simplification, standardization, and automation efforts for the team Build business partnerships with cross-company finance and operational teams
6+ years of relevant business, finance or analytical experience with progressive advancement within your discipline Experience with large data sets, Power BI, PowerPivot Effective analytical and modelling skills, and strategic thinking Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves at a fast pace Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high value/high-impact project results through both individual and v-team efforts Conscientious partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence others without direct authority and
