· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field and a minimum 5 years of finance experience, OR master’s degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.· 5+ years of finance experience in manufacturing/supply chain environment · Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills · Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture · Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities
