The Central Controls and Compliance (C and C) team provides compliance leadership, consulting services, training, and monitoring in support of management's responsibility to mitigate risks. Our top focus is ensuring that Microsoft has effective controls and monitoring procedures globally for sales transactions and payments to partners. This position will partner closely with Field teams, as well as several corporate groups including the Global Sales and Marketing Organization (GSMO), Worldwide Commercial Business (WCB), Finance, Corporate, External, and Legal

Key accountabilities and activities include organizing and orchestrating: the Role-Based Compliance training course development in partnership with the WW Learning organization. Responsibilities include ensuring content aligns to top risks, managing SMEs who will support course development, and supporting other centralized training initiatives including the Leadership Compliance Onboarding training program. the Subsidiary Control Assessment (SCA) Program. Key tasks include managing the overall program strategy to ensure it is aligned with current risks and company structure, coordinating Field
The ideal candidate will have: 7+ years' work experience in Finance or Compliance roles, preferably in a large multinational company Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Experience designing and implementing risk and control frameworks Strong project management skills and has demonstrated success leading large, complex projects Experience influencing without authority across multiple organizations and complex topics Experience in managing virtual teams, and outstanding cross group collaboration skills
