We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Engagement Manager to join our Worldwide Sustainability team. As the Engagement Manager you will define and execute our internal engagement strategy, communications and events that generate awareness around sustainability within Amazon. This includes managing the Amazon Sustainability Ambassador program to engage sustainability-minded employees in collaborative initiatives and projects that drive sustainability results, enhance the customer experience, reduce costs, and protect the environment. You will help to define these engagement programs globally and create metrics that help scale the programs. You will be responsible for developing audience-specific communications, positioning and collateral in close collaboration with key stakeholders. · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study. · Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in online marketing and/or product marketing. · Demonstrated attention to detail in customer-facing content testing and publishing. · Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally · Strong Microsoft Office skills · Demonstrated customer obsession for both internal and external customers and the marketing acumen to anticipate their needs. · Ability to self-direct, multitask, and prioritize constantly evolving workload. · The candidate must also be a strong leader
