Microsoft's US subsidiary is looking for you to lead the Microsoft Surface Sales organization responsible for finding new Surface customers and fans, while accelerating the overall growth of our Surface business in the US. This is an opportunity to lead a sales team at one of the largest digital companies in the world, at the most exciting and transformative time in the industry. As the Surface Sales Leader you will elevate the strategic importance of the Surface business as the foundation of the Microsoft experience. Working with the most senior executives in the Microsoft US business, the Surface Sales Leader leads a nationwide community

• Drive new revenue and new customer growth growth across the entire Surface device portfolio, with a specific focus on directly driving large strategic opportunities • Partner on long term revenue and share planning, collaborating with finance, corporate marketing, engineering and supply chain teams • Inspirational sales leadership across a matrixed organization responsible for driving sales of Surface to all customer segments in the US • Accuracy of both customer pipeline and demand forecasting across all customer segments and industries • Synergistic growth through deep partnerships between
