It's an exciting time to join the Microsoft 365 Business Planning Team! In the decade ahead, Microsoft has a unique opportunity to rapidly accelerate the adoption of Microsoft 365 and identify new growth opportunities in our enterprise and corporate account customer segments. With the intense focus on shifting our business to the cloud, we have a critical need to rethink our ability to monetize our services and products for both the short and long-term based on our enterprise data graph, machine learning and artificial intelligence. We are looking for a seasoned leader to ensure our strategy, offers and programs meet customer needs while achieving a scalable and optimal level of profitability. The ideal candidate is a data-driven business leader with a deep understanding of the enterprise productivity and security marketplace and a knack for making the complex simple . This person thinks strategically , moves with urgency and has a track record driving growth through business model innovation

Specific responsibilities include: Team leadership, including attracting, developing and retaining a high performing team Influencing stakeholders across teams, including senior executives and members of the Microsoft SLT Identifying new revenue and share growth opportunities in the enterprise Creating strategic partnership frameworks to address portfolio gaps Analyzing key competitive trends to help refine and redesign our offers Working closely with Product Marketing and Engineering teams to shape product investments and roadmaps Orchestrating impact analysis and recommendations across product
Qualifications include a minimum of 5+ years of applicable experience in corporate strategy, product planning, pricing and licensing and/or business leadership. Candidates must have a strong track record of landing new business models with senior leaders, driving organization change, and outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills. This position involves a significant amount of exposure to senior executives and requires the ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly. MBA strongly preferred and minimum of 5+ years of people management experience required.
