As a successful CIPM Senior Director, your performance objectives include: Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of CIPM activities Engagement, leadership, and initiative advocacy both within Cloud Operations + Innovation and across key Microsoft business units Lead a team of cross-functional Senior and Principal Program Managers to drive individual programs within the overall Innovation portfolio Develop, manage, and maintain program-related processes, procedures, reports, training, and improvement plans Collaborate across groups within CO+I and across the company
Basic Qualifications: At least ten years' experience in technology infrastructure project or program management (e.g. data centers, IT deployments) At least five years' experience leading, directly managing, and influencing a diverse organization of full-time employees, across multiple disciplines and platforms Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience Willingness to support a flexible travel schedule (up to 20%) Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of Cloud computing principles including how IAAS supports PAAS and SAAS services Excellent
