As the Senior Director Business Program Manager for Enterprise Accounts, you will be expected to bring your ideas, your passion, your business management and sales excellence skills to a global sales organization focused on Microsoft's Enterprise customers.
You will have the opportunity to provide a combination of strategic and operational thought leadership, to drive the implementation of strategies and processes which directly support field productivity, satisfaction and revenue growth. This includes: • Sales Leadership: identify and share best practices for customer engagements, go to market innovations and execution across all geographies. Engage our subsidiary sales leaders and their organizations to influence corporate decision making and design field-ready programs. • Corporate Strategy: represent the Enterprise segment for all Microsoft strategy,
• Extensive track record of successful sales leadership including outstanding sales achievement and deal making • Extensive experience developing sales strategy for a global sales organization • Deep understanding of field sales processes and execution, with a strong ability to crystalize requirements and work with product teams and corporate teams to develop programs to accelerate sales globally • Strong track record of cross company collaboration • Experience building strong teams and developing great talent for the company • Experience developing and landing worldwide strategies • 15+ years'
