This Sr Digital Stores Site Operations Manager-Strategic Initiatives role will help Site Operations achieve its vision of delighting customers by producing flawless online experiences in every market. In this role, you will: Partner across Digital Stores business teams to drive efficiency, agility, and quality through process and products such as localization, workflow, global launches, and operational analytics. Drive systemic cross functional process transformation, including org readiness, and tracking/reporting Partner with key stakeholders to capture key business scenarios for input into product
Experience and passion for operations Working knowledge of digital website production and content management Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations persistently driving platform and workflow innovation Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges. Must be a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented Proven ability to use data to create insights which drive measurable gains in operational efficiency and other KPIs Ability to partner with others to creatively solve challenging business problems Proven success in working in matrixed organizations
