We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer who has a proven ability to motivate teams and cross functional stakeholders with their vision and dedication to taking business goals and turning them into compelling digital plans that accelerate customer traffic, through a proactive, data-driven approach. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting business. In this role you will be responsible for management, measurement, and execution of digital marketing for the Amazon Books, Amazon 4-star and Amazon Pop-Ups physical retail businesses. You will work at the strategic level to champion new, innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to execute digital plans, and iterate based on performance metrics. You will always look for opportunities to drive the optimal customer experience and internal efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering in a high performance digital

· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of marketing or equivalent experience · Excellent written and verbal communication · Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with great attention to detail · Strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems. · Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. · Experience creating customer-facing programs. · Experience with A/B testing with digital marketing campaigns. · Familiarity with traffic metrics and reporting. · Experience marketing for a physical/offline retail brand
