· Bachelor's degree in technology or technology management related field · 10+years of experience in software development management in the technology space · Experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment · Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills · High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills · Demonstrated experience as a strong technical leader who can prioritize, communicate clearly and influence across cross functional teams
