You will work with a team of Product, Visual, and Game Designers to elevate the Mixer user experience across Mobile, Desktop, and TV Consoles. You thrive in a fast, data-driven development process. You are comfortable in a room of Product Managers and Development Managers, bringing clarity and driving resolution through effective communication. Primary responsibilities include: Expertise in design patterns, usability, and best practices across different form factors (Desktop, Mobile, and TV Consoles) Produce concept models, visual comps, screen-flows, and other artifacts required to develop and evolve the user experience design Shipping designs for software development on time and at high quality Participate in and lead design brainstorming and work sessions Communicate, defend, and build consensus around design direction
Qualifications include: 7+ years of experience in game industry or consumer products Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills Demonstrable success in designing across ecosystems and platforms (web, mobile, console, pc) Deep understanding of interaction design principles and process (conceptual modeling, heuristics, patterns, usability) Deep understanding of visual design principles and process (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) Strong interpersonal skill Thrives in a fast-paced, pivot friendly culture.
