Product Designer – M365 Mobile Are you excited about the future of mobile productivity ? Our M365 mobile design team is rapidly growing, and we're looking for an experienced end-to-end product designer to help us design effortless services that help people create, organize and communicate on iOS/Android. We are looking for designers who enjoy taking on hard problems, challenge existing conventions , and who will be able to push the team , product and industry forward. You will collaborate directly with designers, researchers, engineers and product managers from different product groups to build high-quality mobile experiences people love, from initial feature idea all to way to launch. You will work on making existing mobile apps better, create entirely new experiences as well as help us evolve our continuously growing mobile design system. What yo u'll work on Define, sketch, and iterate on innovative ideas with your fellow designers, p roduct m anagers and e ngineers Design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and great user experience. Participate in working groups and design reviews to receive and provide feedback on current explorations Inform and improve our mobile design system and processes with the rest of the team Inspire and mentor more junior designers through your work
You bring Extensive e xperience ( 6-12 years) as a product designer with a focus on mobile work , ideally cross-platform design An excellent portfolio, showcasing strong foundations in visual design, user experience, mobile patterns and interactions End-to-end design skills (from ideation to high-fidelity visuals and prototyping skills). Extensive e xperience collaborating with diverse teams across disciplines in a dynamic environment Self-learning, self-organizing and a doer attitude ( make to think , rather than the other way around).
