Insatiable curiosity Agile and creative, thriving in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of the industry, with a good perspective on new opportunities Minimum BA/BS degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Social Science related fields Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
7+ years' experience working as a UX researcher Experience with a wide range of research methodologies, qual and quant Strong track record of integrating secondary and primary research Experience employing User-Centered Design methodologies, including need finding interviews, heuristic analyses, design evaluations, survey design and iterative design cycles Experience leading ethnographic and longitudinal research projects Understanding of voice interactions and impact of AI and intelligent services Experience with voice agents, conversational UI and AI services
