The Amazon Go Physical Retail Design team (Physical Customer Experience Design) seeks a Senior Producer to manage the lifecycle of large-scale store design programs for the Go brand. This role will be accountable for the overall strategy and vision of the Physical Design portfolio, including tactically driving teams to deliver on innovative retail concepts that delight our customers and deliver on our business goals. The Senior Producer will engage multiple cross-functional teams across CX Design, Store Development, Operations and Marketing. Additionally, this role will lead project prioritization, intake of new projects, workflow design and execution. The role will be responsible for delivering on a high volume of industrial design, fixture design, new CX programs, ensuring compliance to corporate policy, overall adherence to budget and process guidelines, and the continual improvement of team capabilities. Basic Qualifications: · 5+ years of professional experience as a program manager, project manager, or producer in a physical design environment including Store Design or Industrial Design · 3+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, complex, cross-functional projects · Bachelor's degree or 7+ years equivalent professional experience · Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders · Proven ability to deliver compelling, customer-focused experiences · Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities,
