· Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field. · At least 10+ years work experience in a related field. · Demonstrated proficiency with Java, C++, or similar programming languages. · Expertise designing, building and deploying scalable, highly available systems. · Strong fundamentals on data structures and algorithms. · Strong mathematical/statistical fundamentals. · Experience and willingness to mentor more junior engineers and help them develop their skills and leadership abilities.· Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
