As a Data Engineer you will leverage RedShift and many other components of the AWS stack to develop and deploy metrics capturing structural concepts which have not been surfaced to business leaders before. You will own the data structure behind a continually expanding product used by senior leaders to drive organizational design decision. You will have the opportunity to become an early adopter of QuickSight, Amazon’s newly launched BI tool, and build reports and visualizations in a technology few have used before. Basic Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar · 5+ years’ experience working with large-scale, complex datasets with an emphasis on data engineering and analytics, preferably in business operations analytics or HR Analytics. · Experience designing and developing business facing analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations in BI platforms such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, OBIEE or comparable tool · Experience with data mining and creating/optimizing operational analytics and data model.
