The Business Applications Group Learn team needs your expertise to help expand our internal toolset and help create a system for deploying and keeping lab environments up to date. The Business Applications Group Learning (BAG Learn) team's mission is to create role-based elearning that helps win the hearts and minds of Business Application users across the globe, no matter which technology they are learning (Dynamics 365, Power BI, PowerApps, or Flow). We believe that great online training is key to making it easy for customers to learn and adopt our technology and solve their business challenges.
In this role, you will support instructional designers, project managers, editors, and localization engineers in creating and migrating content into a variety of content types for Microsoft Learn. You'll also help us design a solution for deploying, reusing and supporting environments on Azure in a cost-effective way. You'll join a small team of highly organized, flexible and creative individuals, who orchestrate our learning content across our globally-located organization. Your role is to help us become as efficient as possible, and to improve our customer experience.
Required: A minimum of 5 years developing tools and automating processes using Windows PowerShell or other scripting languages A minimum of 3 years deploying, managing, and maintaining apps in Azure environments or other Web environments Preferred: Experience working with git and GitHub, markdown, HTML, YAML, and JSON Experience with business applications such as ERP or CRM Experience working with content authoring or learning management systems Experience supporting lab environments Experience developing or delivering training Experience defining new processes and documenting best practices Demonstrated
