The Business Applications Group Learning (BAG Learn) team's mission is to use create role-based elearning that helps win the hearts and minds of Business Application users across the globe. We believe that great online training is key to making it easy for customers to learn and adopt our technology and solve their business challenges. We are seeking passionate content developers to create engaging content for products including Dynamics 365, Power BI, PowerApps, and Flow. We need you to be able to work within and across organizations with program managers, marketing, and other content developers to create great content for a variety of audiences, including end users, consultants, architects, and developers. We need your project management skills to help us successfully engage with vendors and ensure that they meet our standards. You should have: A minimum of 7 years in an instructional design or technical writing role. Strong written, verbal, graphical, and video design skills. Experience designing and developing customer-oriented technical content. Experience writing for business audiences. Experience interacting with and learning from customers. Strong attention to detail. A minimum of 4 years experience managing vendor projects. It would be great to have: Experience working with git and GitHub as a content management system. Experience with business applications such as ERP or CRM. Experience creating visuals and diagrams
