-BA/BS degree from accredited university -8+ years of business experience (e.g. vendor sourcing, contracts management) demonstrating progressive responsibility and growth within the construction/facilities industry -Have strong project management experience and construction experience -General knowledge of Building Codes -Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project -Ability to conduct financial business case analysis / translate information into useful formats and draw conclusions -Experience in negotiating commercial contracts (master agreements / work-orders) -Familiarity with business process documentation
