Amazon is seeking an experienced compliance program manager to join the centralized Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) team. We are looking for an individual who can apply their knowledge of payroll and labor compliance to drive innovative solutions for increasing compliance rates for last-mile 3P carriers and reducing Amazon’s risk exposure. This position involves regular communication with compliance stakeholders on the state of risk mitigation. We are looking for an individual who can influence across cross-functional teams. TRC’s remit is to drive compliance and risk management mechanisms for Amazon’s transportation businesses serving as a secondary assurance function, supporting Last, Middle, and First Mile, as well as external suppliers of these transportation services and products.
