Amazon Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) is looking for a Senior Community Program Manager to join our Global Communities Group (GCG). GCG is building innovative and engaging new communities that connect critical third party partners and Amazon to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing and delight our end customer. This includes a programme of in-person events, combined with apps and awards programmes that will take Amazon’s commitment to the success of our partners to the next level. In this role you will be ultimately responsible for the execution of our first community roll-out, while also playing a part in its design. You will work alongside, and coordinate, professionals in technology, event management, social media, communications and content creation to build a compelling and invaluable learning and networking proposition for owners within our Last Mile network. You will oversee the community development process, including building and leading an advisory group of owners, spending
· Bachelor's Degree · 10+ years of communication and program management experience owning and analyzing complex business problems and driving results.· MBA, strategy consulting or other general management experience · Exhibits excellent judgment · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and experience are a requirement · Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting · Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment.
