Responsibilities Create, manage and execute effective and consistent internal communications plan including ROB for events in the First Party portfolio eventually expanding across portfolios. Examples would be: o Microsoft Build o Microsoft Envision o Microsoft Ignite o Microsoft Ignite | The Tour Communication vehicle examples: o Internal event announce/launch emails o Newsletters i.e. Microsoft Ignite and Microsoft Envision Flash o T-Minus emails o Emergency contingency comms – i.e. hurricane impact o Event sell out o Customer Readiness to Field FTEs o FTE email on conduct and responsibility
Experience Required: 10+ years of relevant experience developing and deploying experiential marketing strategies for an international or global organization. 5+ years communications experience. Creative problem-solving orientation with strong analytical acumen. Ability to confidently interact with executives and other senior levels of the organization to influence and gain support, input and approvals. Strong project management skills and strengths in managing multiple projects/deadlines; ability to set priorities and be flexible in changing environments; goal orientation with a strong bias toward
