Create overall social communication plans, messaging, and processes for WSD communications. The plan and process should support our business objectives of transparency, customer obsession for great servicing experiences and ability to objectively monitor and measure results. Provide direct, agile social communications (Twitter, Reddit, etc.) and support to external users/audiences with WSD messaging, advisories and issues aligned to the overall WSD communications cadence. The ideal candidate would possess: Experience in communications, including social media and a combination of public relations, journalism or marketing, including managing program metrics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and deliver useful and timely information to user audiences. Passion for communications, creativity, and storytelling, including being thoughtful about how new channels and tools are creating new ways to inform and engage people.
