Microsoft Experiences, Studios and Community Marketing is seeking an energetic and high caliber individual to take on a Senior Communications Manager role working across all flagship events/tours in the companies' First Party event portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in working with diverse Microsoft teams such a product marketing, engineering, PR, and others to develop unique Microsoft experiences that tell or amplify the One Microsoft story and drive business impact.
As a Senior Communications Manager, you will work alongside the event planning teams to create and deliver meaningful and effective internal communications. This position has a high level of visibility, and you will need to be a strong leader, excellent collaborator and be able to communicate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the company. You will wear many hats, work fast and smart, and adapt and iterate quickly. 7+ years of proven leadership in developing communications plans which include editorial calendars, templates, and copy for varying internal audience levels Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration required or equivalent work experience. Creative problem-solving orientation with strong analytical acumen Strong project management skills and strengths in managing multiple projects/deadlines; ability to set priorities and be flexible in changing environments; goal orientation with a strong bias toward action and tangible results.
