We are seeking a Senior Client Lead Recruiter in our Seattle office to help shape the future of video streaming. As a successful Senior Client Lead Recruiter you will: · Work with a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Coordinators to hire Software Development Engineers into the Prime Video and Studios organizations. · Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to strategize, launch, and deliver an effective hiring plan to meet our staffing goals. · Understand the tech market, the challenges faced when closing, and the variety of strategies to take to successfully close a technical candidate. · Bring extensive Talent Acquisition knowledge to provide a diverse prospective to the team. · Deliver exceptional client/account
