The HR Tech Team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sr. Client Lead Recruiter to support People Technology. Who is People Technology? The People Technology Team builds the technology behind decisions with real human impact. People Tech is solving hard problems in identity, authentication, recruiting, talent, growth, UX, scalability, and diversity. This person will need to be well versed in all aspects of technical recruiting, including client management and offer negotiation, candidate development, generation and creative sourcing. Core Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations. • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidates, build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates
• 5+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience, sourcing and closing candidates • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, diversity sourcing and interview process management. • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member. • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
