AWS is looking for a highly motivated and deeply analytical Sr. Business and Sales Operations candidate to support the rapidly growing North America Global Systems Integrator Channels and Alliances team. This position will be responsible for supporting the rhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. The position will assist the North America Partner Development Managers in evaluating attainment against revenue goals, utilizing various CRM tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed. This position will support the day-to-day

· 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Programs Ops or similar role in a corporate environment supporting a global hi-tech or global system integrator organization · Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies · Financial, analytical and communication skills · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce required (extensive knowledge of Excel required) · Bachelor’s degree is required· MBA preferred, or Masters in equivalent field · Passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine key operational processes
