We leverage the operations and transportation infrastructure of Amazon and combine it with innovative technology to create new delivery experiences customers love. We are seeking an exceptional, detail orientated Sr. Business Program Manager who will lead our continuous improvement program and support implementation of lean business processes across North America. We are searching for the perfect candidate to own business process improvement for all of these business channels. The ideal candidate will have the capability of general manager, the passion of an owner, the heart of an entrepreneur and relentless drive to make things better. This role requires experience developing and implementing lean process and continuous improvement programs in a service business environment. We are launching new business,
· 5+ years of demonstrated business management experience · Experience developing and implementing lean business process in a service industry · Experience in leading cross functional projects and programs · Experience launching and optimizing major new businesses, products or operations · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent · Lean Six sigma certification · Experience and working with global teams and diverse partners is a big plus. · Experience in e-commerce operations, package delivery and analytics · MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field Amazon.com is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action
