The AWS Sports Marketing and Strategic Programs team is looking for a world-class Business Operations (BizOps) Manager, with strong operational, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills. This manager will be responsible for working closely with the program team and senior leadership to build out scalable systems for tracking financials, account performance, and reporting out regularly on overall program metrics. A successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. The candidate must also be able to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities of the team include, but are not limited to: · Financial Planning and Analysis: Accurately planning, forecasting, and executing programs’
· 5+ years of experience in finance, business management and/or sales operations in mid-to-large scale global Sales Organization · 5+ years of Excel experience with sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translation of results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations · Experience with financial statements, Salesforce and other CRM and BI tools, advanced Excel, development and evaluation of business cases · BS/BA degree or equivalent experience • MBA with concentration in Business or Finance • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as
